Today’s message on this Veteran’s Day Eve is “Honoring Those Who Hear The Call”. Today is not only Veteran’s Day eve but it is also the first Sunday after an historic election. There are many that are called to serve in many different ways. We are all called to vote and we all called to support our government and pray for those in it as “We the people.” We are also blessed to have so many among us that have been called to serve in our great military. To them we are ever thankful. In all situations and all circumstances, we are called to be thankful for and to serve Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.
Romans 5:1-2 Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace[a] with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. 2 Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.
